FastFiveTrader.com Affiliate Terms & Agreement

Welcome to the FastFiveTrader Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Enrollment

To join the FastFiveTrader Affiliate Program, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete information. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote FastFiveTrader.com in a lawful, ethical, and professional manner

• Use only approved marketing materials, links, and branding

• Ensure that all promotional content is truthful and not misleading

• Comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and data privacy regulations

3. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

• Self-referrals or creating multiple accounts to earn commissions

• Misrepresenting FastFiveTrader services or income potential

• Using spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive marketing tactics

• Bidding on branded keywords without written permission

• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behavior

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

4. Commissions

• Affiliates earn commissions based on qualified referrals as defined by FastFiveTrader

• A qualified referral is a new user who signs up through your unique affiliate link and completes the required action (e.g., deposit, purchase, or activation)

• Commission rates and structures may be updated at any time with notice

• No commissions will be paid for self-referrals or fraudulent activity

5. Payments

• Commissions are paid on a weekly basis

• Minimum payout threshold: $50

• Payments are processed via Wise or Crypto.

• FastFiveTrader reserves the right to delay or withhold payments for verification or suspected fraud

6. Tracking & Attribution

We use tracking systems to record referrals. While we strive for accuracy, FastFiveTrader is not responsible for tracking errors due to technical issues, browser settings, or user interference.

7. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use FastFiveTrader logos, trademarks, and marketing materials only for promotional purposes related to this program. Unauthorized use or modification is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:

• All affiliate links must be removed immediately

• Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if violations are found

9. Limitation of Liability

FastFiveTrader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

10. Modifications

FastFiveTrader reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of USA.

By registering as an affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
